Suggestions must be generated from your live Shopify data, so may not be immediately available when you first subscribe. Check the date at the bottom of the page, and if ‘N/A’ is displayed, your suggestions are still generating. Depending on the size of your store, this may take anywhere from several seconds (for most smaller stores), to half an hour or more in extreme cases (note that this only affects the initial generation, and follow ups should be significantly quicker).

Suggestions are regenerated hourly. You can manually trigger a regeneration by clicking Regenerate on the Settings page. Again, this may take a short time, so refresh the page and check the date to verify that the process is complete.
